Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Program Director-Neurorehabilitation to oversee clinical operations, finances, and personnel for adult brain injury rehabilitation programs.

You will drive regulatory compliance, optimize day-to-day performance, lead recruitment and staff development, and collaborate with the Clinical Director to deliver high-quality care in line with CARF, OSHA guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or administrative healthcare operations experience.
• Basic knowledge of brain injury rehabilitation.
• Strong leadership and HR management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational proficiency, and conflict resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to improve operational and clinical procedures.
• Develop, monitor, and manage the annual program budget.
• Approve program expenses and facility maintenance requests.
• Oversee payroll, PTO, and leave tracking.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CARF and OSHA guidelines.
