Job summary

Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute (Tideway) seeks a PRN Program Assistant to provide 24-hour supervision, care, and documentation for residents.

You will observe patient behavior, assist with activities of daily living, support therapy staff, ensure safety, and maintain records, including logs and reports.

Qualifications include High School diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, NCI, and a valid driver’s license. The role may require lifting and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR and first aid certifications required.
• Certified in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Observe, monitor, report patient's social and interpersonal behavior and functional ability.
• Carry out therapeutic activities as designed by the clinical staff and/or Case Manager.
• Monitor patient self-administration of medications and document on medication sheet.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records including seizure reports, ADL check sheets, shift change reports.
• Assist therapies upon request including water therapy.
