Qualifications

• Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience preferred, will consider a new grad.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and establishes a plan of care based on impairments identified.
• Performs thorough documentation of all treatments and assessments.
• Provides rehabilitation therapy using advanced technology and modalities as appropriate.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation team to plan patient care and discharge.
• Mentors staff and students as needed.
