Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Brewer, Maine, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time, outpatient role. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with no weekends, focusing on neuro rehab and patient-centered care.

You will deliver individualized treatment plans to help patients recover function after brain injury, stroke, or spinal cord injury, working with a collaborative interdisciplinary team to improve independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license by the practicing state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a physical therapist preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
