Job summary

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital is searching for an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation for patients with acquired brain or spinal cord injuries. This role includes comprehensive evaluations, collaborative care planning, and ongoing patient support.

The ideal candidate will have a current state license and BLS certification. This position is PRN. You will work closely with a transdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and develop patient care plans based on assessments.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure safe transitions for patients.
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulations.
