Job summary

Rehab Without Walls is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our Home & Community Neuro Rehabilitation team in Hollywood, Florida. This role provides meaningful, one-on-one neuro rehabilitation in patients' homes and community settings, helping individuals regain independence through real-world therapy.

You will support patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury and other neurological conditions with flexible PRN scheduling, clinical autonomy, and a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Neurological rehab knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with heavier transfers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
