• Physical Demands: Fast-paced kitchen; lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation & Cooking: Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals and beverages.
• Dietary Advocacy: Develop menus meeting nutritional needs and dietary preferences.
• Inventory & Purchasing: Monitor, order, and maintain a 3-day on-site food & water supply.
• Sanitation & Safety: Oversee cleaning and sanitation per standards.
• Storage & Waste Control: Label and track inventory to prevent spoilage.
• Staff Training & Oversight: Train staff on food handling and sanitation.
• Client Care Integration: Report changes in clients' conditions to the team.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain inventory logs and certifications.
