Job summary

ReMed, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to implement rehabilitation strategies and provide guidance to adults with brain injuries in a home‑like setting.

This full‑time role offers Monday–Friday 7am–3pm, opportunities to promote independence, monitor health, document care, and collaborate with the treatment team to help clients reach personal goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and promote independence.
• Support rehabilitation goals and personalized care plans.
• Safely transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Complete shift documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment in compliance with standards.
