Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation - Neuro Transitional Rehabilitation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Neuro Rehab Coach (Rehab Support Tech, Therapy Aide, Caregiver, CNA, PCT).

This full-time position focuses on helping patients with brain or spinal cord injuries regain independence. Daily activities, transportation to appointments, and support to therapists are core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current State Driver’s License in good standing required.
• Certified BLS completion required (CPR guidelines for new hires).

Responsibilities

• Help patients with day-to-day living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, cooking, laundry, chores).
• Drive patients to medical appointments and community activities.
• Assist rehabilitation therapists with patient activities.
• Assist patients with nurse delegated tasks after training (vital signs, medication administration, peg tube feedings).
• Additional tasks as needed.
