MedStar Health seeks a Clinical Specialist - Physical Therapist (Neuro) to provide comprehensive PT services including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment and discharge planning across hospital settings.

The role includes mentoring colleagues, leading special projects, and driving quality improvement within the neuro specialty; strong communication with physicians, insurers, and case managers is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required.
• 3–4 years of clinical experience in neuro preferred.
• Maryland/DC/VA licensure or eligibility as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide evaluation and treatment services including assessment, plans, re-assessment and documentation.
• Mentor staff and serve as clinical instructor within area of expertise.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and program integration across care continuum.
• Communicate with physicians, insurers and external case managers.
