Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required
• One year of relevant education may substitute for one year of required work experience
• Licensed Physical Therapist in MD, DC, or VA as needed for location(s)

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment services with relevant history and assessments, documenting results.
• Explain evaluation findings and treatment plan to patient and family; involve them in goal setting.
• Discharge planning and follow-up care documentation; ensure accurate billing and records.
• Contribute to department goals and comply with regulations.
• Provide continuing education and mentorship for clinicians.
• Lead special projects and mentor staff, students, and volunteers.
• Facilitate collaboration with physicians and other stakeholders to promote integrated care.
