Responsabilidades

• Provides evaluation and treatment services with comprehensive documentation.
• Completes discharge planning and follow-up care with accurate coding.
• Contributes to department goals and complies with regulations.
• Acts as clinical instructor and mentor for staff and students; leads educational activities.
• Manages scheduling, productivity, and patient access with empathy and professionalism.
• Leads special projects and promotes integration of therapy across care transitions.
