BayCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Neuro PCU team at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on neuro medical and neuro surgical patients within a comprehensive stroke unit that emphasizes optimal patient care.

You will care for a group of patients using the nursing process, delegate activities, and participate in professional development. The position includes potential preceptor and charge nurse duties as assigned.

Qualificações

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• RN license required.
• ACLS certification may be required by department.

Responsabilidades

• Independently caring for a group of patients using nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other health care team members.
• Maintaining professional accountability and development.
• Serving as preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
