Job summary

RN Cardiac Universal Bed CUB Unit (Tele + PCU + ICU + CVICU) at Baylor Scott & White Health in Plano, TX is hiring for a full-time night shift (3x12, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM). Requires 2+ years ICU/PCU experience and RN licensure, with BLS certification either on hire or within 30 days.

Sign-on bonus of $15,000 and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates. Responsibilities include patient assessments, creating care plans, and ensuring high-quality, safe patient care per nursing

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• Grad of an Accredited Program in nursing.
• Specialized nursing field required (RN).
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of start.
• 2+ years ICU or PCU experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families and document learning needs.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate with the care team.
• Ensure safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in care delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain compliance with Texas Nursing Practice Act.
