Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outpatient PT experience.
• Neuro population experience required (Parkinson's, MS, ALS, stroke, cord injury, oncology).
• California state PT licensure and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care to improve mobility and function.
• Document patient evaluations, progress, and tests per established standards.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide supervision for assistants and serve as a clinical instructor when assigned.
