Job summary

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for orthopedic and pelvic health outpatient care. The role requires evaluating and treating patients, with collaboration across disciplines to restore function and independence.

Eligible for sign-on and a day schedule in Hood River. Candidates must have a PT degree from an accredited program and hold an Oregon PT license; additional department-specific training may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Oregon Physical Therapist license required upon hire.
• Coursework/Training may be required for department needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy to patients with a variety of diagnoses.
• Perform patient/client evaluation and treatment to achieve independence.
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize functional outcomes.
