BrightSpring Health Services’ Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation division seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one neuro home and community therapy in Philadelphia, PA. This role emphasizes local, patient-centered care with autonomy over scheduling and caseload management.

Ideal candidates have OT credentials, licensure, and a background in neuro rehab, with strong communication and the ability to work independently in home-based settings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of one year of OT experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Strong communication skills, professional in verbal and written interactions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, with up to 100 pounds handling in transfers.
• Duties may require bending, standing, and prolonged walking.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
