Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain safety and accurate Electronic Health Record documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
