Advocate Health's Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, WI seeks an RN for the 16-bed General Med/Surg unit. You will deliver and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, applying evidence-based practice to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes in a collaborative team with RNs, CNAs, and LPNs.

The role requires an accredited nursing program completion, an active Wisconsin RN license, and BLS; schedule is 7pm–7:30am, full-time (36 hours/week), with every 4th

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
