Advocate Aurora Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg unit in Sheboygan. This full-time night shift role covers 3 12-hour shifts per week, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with weekend and holiday requirements, and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

You will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and use evidence-based practices to improve outcomes. Requires RN license in state, BLS, BSN preferred, and about 1+ year of experience.

Qualifications

• RN license is required in the applicable state.
• BLS certification is required (additional certs may be required).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Typically 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care for short-term monitoring and evaluation.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Use evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
• Identify risks and maintain a safe care environment.
• Float to other units as needed.
