Job summary

Mercy Health in Springfield is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neuro Operating Room at Springfield Regional Medical Center. You will deliver patient care using the nursing process, coordinate care with the health team, and participate in teaching and advocacy.

You will administer medications safely, participate in quality improvement, and act as a patient safety advocate within a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting. A valid state license and BLS are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have current nursing license in state of practice
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred
• Associate/Diploma/BSN with active Ohio nursing license required or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process and assess patient needs.
• Administer medications safely according to policy and standards.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
