Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in delivery of patient care under RN direction.
• Assists with admissions, transfers, discharges and transport of patients.
• Records vital signs and reports abnormalities to the RN.
• Demonstrates competence in basic skills and patient care tasks.
• Communicates with health care team and documents information in charts.
• Assists with code situations under supervision of the Code Blue Team.
