Job summary

Raleigh General Hospital is seeking an LPN/LVN for a full-time daytime role in Beckley, WV. The job location is in-person at Raleigh General Hospital.

The successful candidate will join the Neuro team, providing skilled nursing care across pediatric to geriatric populations and working under the Lifepoint Health umbrella. Qualified candidates will hold a current LPN license in the state of practice with BCLS certification; Handle with Care training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN program required.
• Current LPN license in state of practice; BCLS required; Handle with Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across age ranges from neonate to older adult; ensure comfort, safety and dignity.
• Protect the privacy and security of demographic, clinical, insurance, financial, and complete medical records in accordance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection-control measures; manage exposure risk to bloodborne pathogens.

The Advanced Urology Clinic at Raleigh General Hospital provides specialized outpatient care for patients with a wide range of urologic conditions affecting the urinary tract and reproductive system. The clinic focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic testing, treatment planning, and ongoing management of both acute and chronic urologic conditions.

How you'll contribute

A LPN/LVN who excels in this role:

• Patient Populations Served: Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult.
• Protected Health Information Accessed: Demographic, Clinical, Insurance, Financial, Complete Medical Record.
• Exposure: Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is present for all employees.
