HCA Healthcare's Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, TX seeks a Neuro IR Specials Registered Nurse in Radiology to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across ultrasound, CT, MRI and interventional imaging procedures. You will collaborate with radiologists, technicians, and the care team to ensure safety and exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma, Texas RN license, 2+ years critical care in ICU/ER, and BLS certification;

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas (or Multi-State Compact) with Texas license within 90 days of hire if starting with an RN Compact license.
• 2+ years of recent critical care RN experience in ICU or Emergency Department.
• Conscious sedation experience highly preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification required.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in Radiology under established nursing models.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technicians, and care teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Perform assessments, develop and monitor care plans, implement interventions, and educate patients and families before, during, and after imaging procedures (e.g., ultrasound, CT, MRI, X-ray, interventional procedures).
• Participate in hospital and radiology committees to continuously improve patient care.
