Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe is seeking an Interventional Radiology Nurse to provide professional nursing care and support to patients undergoing imaging procedures. You will work under the Cardiovascular Lab leadership to ensure safe, efficient care and adherence to safety guidelines.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, a nursing degree, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care from admission through discharge.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required in Texas.
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Advancing clinical knowledge and delivering direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for patients in Interventional Radiology.
• Identify patient problems and psychosocial needs.
• Use clinical knowledge to anticipate potential care issues.
• Validate data and review plans of care with the team.
• Interpret diagnostic data to inform the plan of care.
• Plan and perform direct patient care and collaborate with physicians.
