Qualifications

• RN with a Bachelor's or Associate degree or RN Diploma.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• 2+ years of RN critical care experience preferred.
• Conscious sedation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other care per orders and document care thoroughly.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor response, and address adverse effects.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about condition, treatment plan, meds, and follow-up.
• Translate medical terminology to ensure patient and family understanding.
