Job summary

You will maintain inventory integrity, resolve discrepancies, manage automated ordering systems, coordinate backorders, and ensure timely delivery of supplies to clinical areas while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of inventory control experience or an associate’s degree in supply chain management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory integrity and par levels.
• Resolve shipping/receiving issues with vendors or carriers.
• Monitor reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide setup and maintenance of automated ordering systems.
• Support backorder coordination and recalls as directed by regulators.
• Rotate stock and manage expirations to meet KPIs.
• Input shipment data into the warehouse management system.
• Prepare goods for distribution and ensure safe, timely delivery.
