Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is expanding with a new Neuro Expansion and seeks an Equipment Logistics Technician to support the care environment by maintaining medical devices and coordinating asset recovery across the Neurology institute.

This role, based at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus in Cleveland, OH, requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work 12:00pm–10:30pm from Wednesday to Saturday, with duties including device delivery, troubleshooting and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of hospital medical device logistics/repair experience or related military training is preferred.
• Proficiency with web applications, databases and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform asset recovery, rounding, and redistribution in active patient areas.
• Deliver, triage, and recover specified medical devices.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair selected medical devices.
• Document work activity in an electronic database.
• Lead or assist with special projects as designated.
• Order supplies and monitor unit/department budgets as needed.
• Stock patient rooms and deploy supplies as required.
