Job summary

Bell Hospital is seeking a Neuro Interventional Radiology Technologist to assist in diagnostic, interventional and therapeutic radiologic procedures. The role requires sterile technique, patient safety focus, and coordination with Radiology residents.

The technologist will maintain documentation for contrast use and charges, follow infection control policies, and participate in on-call coverage as needed. Licensure and certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• BLS Heartsaver (Non-Clinical) - American Heart Association.
• Radiography (R) - ARRT.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT) - State Board of Healing Arts within 90 days.
• Second language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist during physician-supervised procedures with sterile prep of patient access areas and supplies.
• Document use of contrast material and related patient charges.
• Perform radiologic imaging across vascular, spinal, neurological, chest, abdomen, pelvis and extremity locations.
• Complete mandatory educational assignments as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Maintain infection control and safety policies; ensure a safe work environment.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and overtime as needed.
• Assist Radiology residents during training as requested.
