Job summary

The Ohio State University’s Interventional Radiology division is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform invasive angiographic, cardiovascular and interventional imaging procedures at University Hospital and The James Cancer Hospital.

You will educate patients about procedures and participate in quality assessment under the Imaging Manager, with a 40-hour week and first shift.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ARRT Radiography Certification is required.
• Ohio Department of Health Radiology License is required.
• Advanced registry in Angiography, Interventional Radiology, or Vascular within 24 months of hire.
• 0 years of relevant experience required; 0–2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform invasive angiographic/cardiovascular/interventional imaging procedures.
• Provide patient education regarding the procedures.
• Conduct quality assessment activities for the division under the direction of the Imaging Manager.

Education
