Job summary

The Interventional Radiology Technologist at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center performs invasive angiographic/cardiovascular/interventional imaging for diagnosis and treatment. You will educate patients and participate in quality assessment under the Cath Lab Manager.

Excellent candidates will have ARRT radiography registration and be pursuing an advanced IR/Vascular registry, with prior interventional radiology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiography registration with current ODH licensure.
• Work toward completion of an advanced registry in Angiography/IR/Vascular.
• Previous interventional radiology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs invasive angiographic/cardiovascular/interventional imaging procedures.
• Provides patient education and participates in quality assessment activities.
• Work under the direction of the Cath Lab Manager with schedule responsibilities.
• Call coverage includes one weekday per week and every fourth weekend.

ARRT Radiography registration with ODH licensure

Advanced registry in Angiography/IR/Vascular (in progress)
