Job summary

AdventHealth Littleton, Colorado seeks a PRN Registered Nurse with ICU experience to join our mission-driven team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate across units to optimize patient outcomes. Required: Associate's in Nursing, RN license, BLS, at least 1 year ICU experience; Bachelor's preferred.

Must be fluent in English and able to work day shifts. Pay range: $34.60–$59.83 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate multiple factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly update them.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes.
• Respond to code situations and provide stabilizing interventions.
