Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Neuro ICU for a nursing role in El Paso, Texas. This full-time night shift position provides direct clinical care and supports neuro-critical care for adult patients.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning and implementation of care, medication administration, and adherence to safety and infection control standards, with supervision of staff and collaboration with leadership to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1 year RN experience for PRN status.
• Current RN license; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP encouraged depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care in Neuro ICU.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications safely and per policy.
• Perform and fulfill HICS responsibilities during emergencies.
• Supervise staff and ensure safety, infection control and QA standards.
