Job summary

Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital is seeking an RN in the Neuro ICU to join our 36-hour weekly night shift team. You will provide leadership in coordinated, high-quality patient care and utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with the patient and family.

Required are BSN (preferred), Michigan RN licensure, BCLS certification, and IBCLC certification within 12 months of hire.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; accredited nursing program graduate.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical skills for care plans.
• Ability to communicate with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordinating quality patient care.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Communicate pertinent information to the health care team.
• Contribute to solutions for variances from patient goals.
