Job summary

ProMedica is hiring a Registered Nurse for the ICU at Toledo hospital, Nights shift, full time. You will coordinate patient care, collaborate with the care team, and ensure safety and quality outcomes.

As an RN, you will assess and plan care, implement interventions, and evaluate results while supporting family involvement and education. Current Ohio RN license and CPR required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR training
• Specialty certifications as required by units

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care and coordinate patient care plans with input from patients, families, and the care team.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other health care professionals to achieve patient care goals.
• Assess, formulate nursing diagnoses, plan, implement and evaluate care plans for optimal outcomes.
