Baptist Health Princeton Hospital in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated RN for Neuro ICU on the night shift, full-time. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and advocate for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Baptist Health and unit/department.
• Maintains current Alabama RN license and BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsabilités

• Assesses patient needs, develops and revises care plans, and advocates for patients and families.
• Demonstrates age-specific care knowledge and equipment use for neuro ICU.
• Functions as preceptor, charge nurse, educator, and coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Models professional behavior, adheres to ethics and hospital goals.
• Maintains accurate patient records meeting regulatory standards and policies.
• Engages in professional development, mentoring staff and students, and partners with leadership.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and applies evidence-based practice.
• Ensures efficient use of supplies and maintains organized work areas.
