Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids seeks an experienced RN to join the Neuro ICU team. The RN will provide professional nursing care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, nurses, APPs, pharmacists, therapists, social workers, and secretaries to ensure exceptional patient care with a focus on safety and family involvement.

Shift is Night, 36 hours per week, with hours 1900-0730 and every other weekend. Michigan RN license, BLS, ACLS, and ICU experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing Required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing Required within 5 years.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days.
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required within 6 months.
• 6 months RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process and patient-family centered care principles.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge.
• Document education and learning appropriately in health record.
