Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
• Three years experience with direct clinical nursing patient care in an acute care or specialty setting.
• Leadership, Charge or Coordinator experience.
• RN - Texas State Licensure - must obtain permanent Texas license within 60 days (if establishing Texas residency).
• BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA).
• Magnet-ANCC recognized certification (HM) within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates population-specific program education and resources.
• Assists with the standardization and efficiency of care for patients within the service line.
• Acts as a clinical resource for staff and serves as a liaison across departments to ensure patient flow and safety.
• Leads or participates in governance activities and performance improvement initiatives.
