Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, at least three years of direct clinical nursing experience, and leadership or coordination skills, with Texas RN licensure and BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
• Three years experience with direct clinical nursing patient care in an acute care or specialty setting.
• Leadership, Charge or Coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with standardization and efficiency of care for patients in the assigned service line.
• Lead unit and shared governance activities and coordinate program education.
• Serve as a clinical resource for service line program and hospital staff.
• Evaluate direct costs and patient outcomes.
