Qualifications

• RN with Texas license and BLS/ACLS/PALS.
• Minimum 24 months of clinical nursing experience with progressive leadership.
• Graduate of an education program approved by credentialing body.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit and shared governance activities and coordinate unit education.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to department staff.
• Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care and participate in interprofessional collaboration.
