HCA Florida Ocala Hospital seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Neuro ICU to lead patient-centered care during shifts, collaborating with the management team to guide nursing practice and outcomes.

The CNC will coordinate admissions and discharges, mentor staff, participate in service improvement initiatives, manage scheduling and inventory, and support policy compliance while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• ACLS required within 90 days of start
• BLS required within 30 days of start
• Florida RN license or approved multistate license required
• Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license
• 1 year of experience required

• Assist with admissions and discharges for throughput
• Assess quality of patient care with management
• Collaborate with managers to improve outcomes
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery
• Implement nursing strategies to improve engagement
• Provide interviewing, training, and performance actions
