Job summary

McLeod Regional Medical Center seeks a Neuro Endovascular Nurse Practitioner to join the Neuroservices team. A master’s degree as an Advanced Practitioner and an SC PA license are required, along with BLS and the ability to work independently.

The NP will provide diagnosis, treatment and management of neurovascular conditions, coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families per state regulations and hospital standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Advanced Practice required.
• Valid SC PA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnosis, treatment, and management of neurovascular conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and the Neuroservices team.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in Neuroservices conferences and committees.
