Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in Michigan seeks a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to maximize sales growth in a defined territory. As a founding member of a new sales organization, you’ll shape market adoption, build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, and help launch a potential first‑in‑class Tourette syndrome treatment.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, have pharmaceutical sales experience, and can pass background, motor, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Documented business‑to‑business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, and reimbursement partners.
• Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, or complex disease states preferred.
• New product launch experience in specialty pharmaceutical markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross‑functional partners, and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in‑servicing of products to customers.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to promote products and provide education.
• Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts; tailor solutions to meet needs.
• Review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute cohesive sales strategies.
• Maintain a call average focusing on top target customers and travel as required.
