RWJBarnabas Health is hiring an Advanced Practice Nurse for a full-time, day-shift role in Bridgewater, NJ. The APP will provide primary healthcare through assessment, diagnosis, and management, following established procedures and collaborating with physicians.

Requirements include a Master's Degree, APN and RN licenses, NP certification, CDS/DEA, and BLS. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with benefits and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• General requirements include CDS, DEA, and BLS credentials.
• Master's degree is required for this role.
• APN, RN licenses and NP certification are mandatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administers injections, immunizations and medications, and starts IVs.
• Records patient progress notes and transcribes orders.
• Assists with counseling and education functions for patients.
• Billing for patient services per CMS and NJ regulations.
• Develops care plans in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
