RWJBarnabas Health in Bridgewater Hub is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team on a full-time day schedule. The APP will provide primary health care through assessment, diagnosis, and management, following established procedures and collaborating with physicians.

Requirements include a Master's Degree, APN/RN licenses, and certification; CDS/DEA and BLS are also required. Strong clinical judgment and teamwork are essential for delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• CDS and DEA credentials.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers injections, immunizations and oral medications; starts IV.
• Records patient progress notes, issues diagnostic orders, and transcribes orders.
• Assists with counseling and education functions.
• Develops plan of care in coordination with multidisciplinary team and completes reports to physicians and family.
