Responsibilities

• Provide basic direct patient care as delegated by clinical professional personnel.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe environment for patients and visitors.
• Support activities of daily living (ADL) and measure vital signs as needed.
• Assist with respiratory care and may perform EKGs or phlebotomy as trained.
• Communicate patient observations to RN promptly and document treatments.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and safe patient spaces; follow safety protocols.
• Ensure patient ID bands are applied and safety measures followed.
