Qualifications

• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a bachelor’s or master's degree in a technical field.
• Interest in cellular communications, wireless networks, or RAN.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support design and preparation of cellular and RAN solutions per requirements.
• Assist with high-level and low-level designs, configurations, test plans and test cases.
• Support integration and validation of new products in lab, demo, and customer environments.
• Participate in tests, document results, and track issues to resolution.
• Assist with configuration, software upgrades, feature activation, and other activities.
• Help analyze network behavior, alarms, logs, and performance data to troubleshoot.
• Collaborate with architects, product management, R&D, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, presentations, diagrams, and status updates.
