You will gain hands-on experience planning, coordinating, governing, and reporting on cellular network site development and deployment projects. You will work with project managers, engineering, construction, field operations, vendors, subcontractors, and customers to track progress, coordinate activities, manage project information, and keep initiatives organized and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Current full-time enrollment in a four-year college or university in engineering, computer science, telecommunications, information technology, or related degree program.
• Minimum 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, or basic programming, such as Python or scripting.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Interest in project management, data analysis, IT operations, telecommunications, and technical tools.
• Curious about AI, open to AI-assisted tools or workflows, and eager to deepen skills in an AI-augmented environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestone trackers, action logs, and project documentation for RAN site initiatives.
• Collect stakeholder updates and prepare weekly and monthly status reports covering progress, upcoming activities, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Support resource planning, meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, follow-up actions, and project governance activities.
• Help identify schedule conflicts, resource constraints, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Support dashboards, presentations, portfolio summaries, change-control documentation, and quality reviews.
• Verify that project records are complete, accurate, current, and stored according to company and customer requirements.
• Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements to PMO processes.
