Infosys is seeking an Networking Principal Consultant. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within united states of America.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Own and grow strategic engagements within the AT&T and Cisco partner ecosystems.
Drive the Sales & Renewal process for advanced Contact Center solutions, including cloud, AI-driven, and omnichannel platforms.
Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partner stakeholders.
Build and maintain C-level relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term growth.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations, delivery) to align on strategic goals and ensure seamless execution.
Drive accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting to senior leadership.
Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities to expand market share and customer footprint.
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive driving revenue in enterprise technology or telecommunications.
Minimum 5 years working directly with AT&T and/or Cisco in a partner/channel sales capacity.
Demonstrated success in selling Contact Center and CX solutions (on-prem, hybrid, or cloud-based).
Experience selling into or working with Fortune 1000 or large enterprise customers.
Proven track record of exceeding annual quotas ($5M+ preferred) and driving high-value solution sales.
Experience with strategic account planning and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO, IL, MN, NJ: $ 114,000 to $ 167,000
In Washington, DC: $ 106,000 to $ 147,500
