Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant looking to take the lead in transformative ERP projects? Do you enjoy working remotely while driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions across diverse industries? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our client are a fast-growing Microsoft Gold Partner with a national presence and a passion for helping businesses grow through intelligent ERP implementations. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Business Central Lead Consultant to join our expert team and lead end-to-end implementations for clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, upgrade, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, design business processes, and configure the system to meet their needs
• Provide strategic consulting and project leadership from discovery through go-live and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with internal teams including developers, project managers, and support consultants
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practice development
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central implementations
• Proven experience leading full-cycle ERP projects
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution business processes
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central are a plus
